I like to enjoy youtube videos with good friends buddy chum pals of mine, but my terrible internet with a small data cap only lets me watch with the 32 potato quality option, with the next step up being 360p. It would be very helpful if lower resolutions like 240p and 144p could be an option for people with slower internet like myself.
