More Speech and Text bubbles

Much like the upgrades (but not an upgrade? i think since they are for gameworlds?
you can change your text bubble fro normal text chat, or your VC speaking icon.
it will carry through to all game worlds and in lobby / condo.

heres one idea i have

COMIC STYLE - VC
Description - a bunch of comic style fonts will come out of your head when speaking in VC like “£$?#!!” and “BzzzzZZ”

Although the choice might not be very wide, it’s still a nice touch.
