This can also apply for other large condos or condos with areas you just simple WANT to edit but cant!
I would suggest that you could remove or edit certain condo doors, edit as in change their color, detail or material!
As for the Underwater condo, there’s a lot of things that could be done! there’s so many walls that i’d love to edit to make rooms look better and for events like Halloween perhaps the water could be edited too? maybe have the edit hitbox be the surface and that changes the entire body of water if that’s possible? ( could also apply to pools and other condos with oceans outside )
