Model porting completely breaking

Model looks completely fine within blender, messing around with poses and just moving the bones it looks great as seen. After exporting it as an .dae file and opening it in game the model completely broke into best I can describe shards. All images are provided bellow, anybody know a fix to this?

Try applying the location/rotation/scale of the model? This sometimes happens to me when I resize a model to match the skeleton and forget to do so afterwards. Shortcut is Ctrl+A
