The answer states the punishment is $50 000 and 10 years in prison. However, a quick google search returns that the punishment is $2000 for anyone that has a copy, $50 000 only for big retailers/distributors. I also could not find where the 10 years came from. There’s nothing about playing the game. It could be that the few sources I used were incorrect, however I think the answer is wrong and the question should be changed to ‘owning a copy’.
