Minor bowling payout rework

In bowling, your final payout is your score*10 + 4000 if you got a perfect game. With this system,
a score of 299 rewards you with over 57% less than a score of 300. This is frustrating as lag/wonky physics/whatever can cause you to lose the majority of your final payout if you miss a strike.

My proposition is to remove the perfect game bonus, but increase the final score multiplier to 23.33x instead of 10x. This way, a perfect game pays out as much as it did before, but getting a spare won’t feel as bad and bowling could become a more viable way to earn units for the average player.
