Yesterday I reached a milestone in Tower Unite, and while the collection book says I have received the item for the milestone (in this case, the Diamond Jetpack), the item does not appear in my inventory, even if I refresh my inventory, rejoin the server,
or restart the game.
Steps to Reproduce
Please list how this bug can be reproduced, if possible. Pictures would be much appreciated!
What I expected to happen
I expected the item to appear in my inventory like all milestone reward items have beforehand, possibly with some delay. The accompanying medal and collection book marker appeared properly, just not the item.

The item still has not appeared after waiting more than 12 hours.

I don’t know if it is related at all, but since I reached the milestone (and possibly before, as I got the milestone shortly after the latest update) every time I enter a plaza or condo world after starting up the game, a warning appears on the right side that reads “Failed to get event team.”
