Hello everyone! I’m Felicity the director of Miku Expo in Tower Unite! Unfortunately, I bring bad news in regards to MEITU. It is with a heavy heart that we announce we must cancel our 2025 show but it will return hopefully in early 2026!
We have three main reasons as to why we’re cancelling:
- It’s the holiday season and this is around the time where our staff will become busy and preoccupied with spending time with family and celebrating holidays. We don’t want to put work on ourselves during a time where we should be taking a break.
- We made the scope of the venue environment extremely item heavy compared to our last venue. And this leads into our 3rd reason which is…
- An unfixed bug that has to do with hidden items causing lag for players. Our stage sets rely HEAVILY on having items hidden and switching between stage sets. We have a lot of items this year to improve off last year’s Miku Expo stage sets, but unfortunately with this bug we can’t host the concert with it as it’ll create a lot of problems. HOWEVER, we will have a final show this year!
We will be holding another song request concert before the holiday season hits for everyone as our last show for the year! We hope to see you there! Bring your song requests there and have fun with us for an evening of just celebrating Vocaloid! Our announcement for this final show of 2025 will come soon.
