Hey everyone, this is a a thread for all bugs related to Condo - House.
It would be great if people could explain where an issue lies, with a screenshot or video, and we’ll try and get round to fixing them when we can. Once we have fixed an issue or believed to have fixed an issue, I will delete the post made by the user just so the thread doesn’t get too crowded. If the issue still remains and hasn’t quite been fixed properly, please post it again.

If you update the slider it should automatically fix it, it’s interpreting the old save data as a negative value. I can look into an automatic fix for it.
the new doors in the house condo have culling that’s really noticeable
The 1st floor hallway leading into the bedroom have slightly offset vertices
Canvas Cubes have weird lighting issues when the lighting is day but are fine when the lighting is night
I don’t know if this one counts as a House Exclusive but resetting while rain is enabled seems to remove the particles from the map completely until you re-open the Condo
This one might be a nitpick, But the Neighbor’s House’s Second Floor and Balcony are proportionally off scale making the Ground Floor look smaller than the Second Floor.
I noticed that sometimes in the house condo, around the street area near the house on the other side, strange black particles will appear. I’ve seen it in multiple peoples condos and the spots where it appears are pretty specific.
When I first load into other’s House condos it looks like this:
Respawning generally fixes it.
This has happened across many condo hosts at this point.
Edit: After re-reading this, I wanted to clarify a couple of things. This does not consistently happen, but has happened a number of times on condo load (never as host so far). I have no idea what triggers it. It just seems like sometimes randomly lighting just doesn’t load in properly but as I said respawning fixes it. It feels similar to something that happens in plaza sometimes as well (has happened to me and a few other people I’ve played with). I have no idea if its the same bug but sometimes lighting is just all wrong on load in and respawning will generally fix it. Frustratingly, it doesn’t happen most of the time and I realized my post made this issue sound consistent.

First off, I LOVE this game! It really is the best!
Second, I’m having trouble with my condo. I’ve been enjoying decorating it for a bit. But, sadly, two days ago, I went to mount my tv & it disappeared into the wall. Since then, I can’t edit anything in my condo, except for the walls & floors. I also can’t put items back into my inventory or interact with my pets. 
I’ve tried restarting the game & restarting my comp.. It doesn’t happen in my Ice Moon place, just the condo. I had my hubby go to his condo & see if it was an issue for him & he didn’t have any issues.
Please help me figure this out. I’d love to keep adding onto my condo w/ the ability to edit it or remove it. And I really wanna interact with my pets(feed, pet, etc..) THANK YOU 
Have you tried using the Item Finder on the right of your Condo Inventory to locate the TV, and then deleting it? It might have gotten sent out of bounds, causing the condo to bug out.
