From what I can tell, normal zombies give 50, burning ones give 75 (I think), and vampires give 100. All of the ones added in the Village update only give 50, and I feel like the harder to fight ones like the Pumpkins, Ghosts, and Werewolves should give more points when killed.
Pumpkins are easy to get rid of now, could make them worth 60 points, but I agree the others should be upped a lot.
