The file is in the Counter Strike : Source/hl2/hl2_sound_misc_000.vpk

Then, opening it up with GCFScape, you go:

Sound/npc/zombie/zombie_pain1.wav

I believe its a sound file from HL2, try looking through the hl2 vpk files.

Or maybe Counter strike Source, since I don’t have HL2.
