Title says it all. Would be awesome to have a setting for them to make chat messages seen only for people who are in same location.
That can organize the chat in places with a lot of different zones that should not contact with each others, for example a build battles.
i think that’s a great idea!! that would help with reducing chat spam in larger condos and makes it easier for chat moderator stuff 
also very useful for certain games where teams need to discuss strategies before starting a round; maybe in clue-like / mystery games too!
This but also for voice chat. Isolated location volumes for voice chat where you can hear voice chat within it but not outside of it would also be veryyyy useful. Having apartments where you can hear people talking no matter what floor they’re on isn’t the most realistic hahah.
Moderator chat stuff would also be fun in Condo Admin Only tab
