Limiting Blood

I couldn’t find anyone else having this issue but I think that the limit for blood should be lowered.

I’ve had drops between 40-60fps when too much blood is one screen. Granted I did have all the blood at one space, so maybe a way to not spawn new blood a certain distance from another blood pool would be a better solution.

All graphical settings are at ultra but there was little difference i dropped frames between graphic settings.

This is something we’ve wanted to do since the initial ZM release but never had time for. I believe the plan is to set a limit (depending on quality setting in-menu) to how many can appear in the map and then delete the oldest decal as it hits that limit, in addition to their normal cooldown time.

No idea as to an ETA, that area is all custom code so I imagine it’ll take a bit to implement.
