Libretro:Restore to the last scroll bar position when opening the rom selection menu

I have 2000+ roms in my roms\arcade directory, and every time I set up a new arcade machine, I have to scroll down from the top of the list to find the next game. This is torture for my memory. Can we make the ROM selection menu remember the scroll bar position when I last closed it?

Anyway,Thanks a lot for your help and hard work! :star_struck:

I can add this. I’m used to using the search bar myself.

Thank you so much @macdguy. You always been my hero

The search function is also useful, but it has a slight flaw. First, it is retrieved by matching letters at any position in the ROM name; then, if TU can identify the game, the load list displays not the ROM but the full name of the game (this feature is actually my favorite feature).

But this caused a trouble, e.g I search for “x”, and I expected to see games whose first letter in the ROM name is x, but what actually appeared were all games with the letter x in their ROM names, and the full names of the games displayed did not necessarily include x.What I do is actually add games one by one in a very long list, and I can’t narrow down the target range through search function.

I believe the scrollbar position restoration feature is a lifesaver for those of us with long lists.

I second. Also find it annoying when adding NES to carts that every time it opens into Arcade instead of NEStopia like I was in last. Good suggestion.

I really admire your ability to organize hundreds of arcades in your F&A Condo in an orderly manner. What’s the secret? I originally hoped to organize FBneo roms in categories in Condo, but now I have given up. :joy:
