When you set a ladder down in a condo and it goes through the ground, you can clip through the floor. On some maps this will enable you to fall forever (as far as I can tell).
Steps to Reproduce
Put a ladder on the ground, where the bottom of it is slightly below the ground. Then, chose to climb down, and you will find yourself beneath the condo.
What I expected to happen
To just land on the ground like normal.
What happened
Causes you to go out of bounds until you disconnect or use the kill command to respawn.
