A couple features that I think would be useful for condo ladders:

Make ladders colorable, like other condo items

Add an option to get rid of the ladder model entirely (if you want the movement but not the metal ladder model). Made a ladder out of rope fences a while back, and I’d like to stick a ladder volume on that without ruining the aesthetic.

Change climb speed, such as setting a faster or slower movement speed. Also, being able to hold shift to climb faster?
