Seems pretty trivial, but I think there would be a benefit to join someones condo by clicking on that little textbox.

Dang, that’s a really efficient and easy to understand way to see what all the commotion is. The only thing I’d add is a confirmation box, just in case a new chat message pops up right when you click from a condo you didn’t want to visit.
A simple must-have thing. I don’t see how this can’t be added

I’m into it! Maybe have it as a right click option rather than left click, that’d help mitigate accidental clicks without a clunky popup confirmation.
