Since we’re getting a condo version of the eye stalk hat, it’d be nice if a couple of the other halloween equippable items got condo item versions as well (specifically I think the cow skull, cranium, minecart, and moon would make for nice condo items)

Some suggestions, including bumping/reaffirming some other ideas I’ve seen in the thread:
• Canvas room- enterable cube/rectangular prism (maybe with each individual side customizable?) perhaps with a door/window spaces
• Skybox Sphere- a large shape with textures on the inside that don’t parallax so much
• NPC Mannequin- posable, non-animated character model (workshop support too please!)
• “Negative Space” Shape- kind of hard to implement, could be flavored as a tool? Deletes collision/visibility on objects it touches, great for making doorways and windows. Could have multiple variations for different geometrical shapes, such as cube, sphere, star, squiggle, etc
• Editable Sign- wood/neon/metal sign with editable text, like the Gravestone Sign
• Playable board games, like checkers or generic Connect 4
• Water Volume- colorable or canvas texture editable? For lava/blood/slime/mud lakes!
• Strong Spotlight- for lighting up large builds, the other spotlights just aren’t cutting it. Something that makes a cone like those big casino spotlights and maybe a canvas editable bit for adding batsignal-like effects

Placeable Cogs / Gears for Condos, like the ones in LittleBigPlanet 1.
Variants that change the amount of teeth and a Spin Speed setting.
I’d really like to build clockwork based environments, but we don’t really have the means to do so.

The Miniature Monorail
it’s a miniature monorail like the Miniature Ferris Wheel, also rideable
placeable in your condo as a plaza milestone for 600,000 xp
even if it won’t be rideable and just a constantly going around the track monorail it would still be very cute

Trophies for the Condo contests, just 1st-3rd trophies based on the month, and all that needs updating each year is the number and the description on who won the trophy for what contest. You’d only need to do 12 models and color them differently three times.
