A condo guestbook item would be nice. People can write a few lines into it but of course not edit previous contents. and of course it should be persistently saved. That would be a great way to leave feedback for peoples builds!

That would be fun too, yeah. Man, in all honesty, there’s a TON of amazing item and feature suggestions on these forums. Considering Tower Unite is originally 10 years old at this point and still continues development, which makes me incredibly happy, despite having stopped playing almost completely and hopping on only occasionally, one can only hope there will be yet another 10 years of life out there for this amazing game, if not more - And sure, eventually, no matter how long that’s gonna take, there’s going to come a point when development is finished and player count slowly decreases until the game is nearly completely dead, community dedicated servers or not, but I mean.. All this I’m saying is just to get across a certain point: It’s a shame that, even with so many years of life behind and ahead both at once, it’s unlikely we will ever see the vast majority of the community suggestions get added into the game. Now, sure, it might be more feasible that an even bigger part of the community suggestions becomes a reality for Tower Unite if PixelTail Games decides to continue the development of the game for as long as it’s realistically possible and for as long as there’s passion for the development and interest from the community/players worldwide - However, even then, it’s unlikely we will see probably 90% of many, maany great suggested changes and additions come to fruition. Now, before anyone jumps onto my back, I’m not saying that the developers aren’t already doing enough - Because they are, and in addition to constantly improving the game’s performance, fixing bugs and adding new content from their own ideas, they try their best to implement a lot of community’s suggestions to the game as is already - What I’m saying is, even with the absolutely teeny tiny community of players surrounding Tower Unite, there is already a huge influx of suggestions in the Discord server and on these forums alone, to the point where it’s just not realistic to imagine that many of them could ever become a real part of the game. And that’s a shame.
Sorry for the small vent here, instead of making this a separate topic. I just think this is something worth sharing for all of the people who truly love this game.

holdable display:
similar to the accessory display but for holdable items, there are so many items as holdable but no condo variant people would love to have for display. This is a weird gray area since some holdable have a placeable variant already but a huge majority of holdable items don’t and i think this would be way to finally get them as placeable even if you cant color them.

Please give us the missing variants of the “Spare Bone” Item. At least one shoulder blade, one collar bone and the skull is missing. That would be awesome!
And yeah i know there is a “Skull” item but it looks way different and not as good as the skeleton skull.

I only just realized we don’t have fire hydrants and mailboxes; would love them as colorable!
Fire hydrants could come with a unique gimmick where it can fire water stream as interaction or something and mailboxes can open via interaction too! I’d also love bird bathes, bird houses, and bird feeders
That asides, I’d really love to see more vehicles in general; I absolutely love all of vehicles that got added a while ago; the ones that are colorable with openable doors and seats; they’re awesome!!!

Single Lightbulb
Both modern & vintage versions
I know there’s already a “Simple Lightbulb,” but that has all the wire attached and also costs a lot more than what a single light bulb would.
Midway Single Lightbulb <<<<<< this!!!
In its current state, the “Midway Lights” are similar to other string light items; they don’t offer the precision that a single bulb would. To make it more recognizable than the normal lightbulb, it would be interesting if there were light effects selectable from a drop-down menu. If all the lightbulbs were synced with each other, simply placing a few Midway bulbs set on the same light effect program would be enough to create lots of illuminated signs, boardwalks, and so on. Condos would feel a lot more alive.
Flame Effect LightBulb
They usually have a function whereby turning them upside down changes the direction of the flames—this would be useful for condos that want to be relaxing and calm but are currently unrealistically limited to using only real flames. We could insert them into lanterns for those classic battery-operated Christmas decorations, or we could use them for fun light displays. IRL they’re made from a column of LEDs programmed to light up like a flame - they don’t look exactly like the picture lol

- I’d love a “modular” road/street object that works like the new-ish modular vents.
Currently it’s a complete pain in the ass to try to build roads/streets, especially if you want them to be anything other than flat. A material option for asphalt with road lines would also be handy, currently I have to either use a custom image or add the lines with canvas decals.

I’d really like to see more vehicle options. A van, city bus, school bus, police car, ambulance, fire truck, and RV would be great! Maybe a muscle car too?

Openable windows! Here’s a useful image I found, the ones I’d most like are “Single Hung” and “Sliding.” Would also be nice if the Single Hung window had variations with mullions/muntins, and yes I had to google what those are called.

A train model or two (like the subway and shuttle trains from the Plaza) would be very useful, especially when used in combination with the Mover Train module.

I’d really appreciate if the Sedan could get updated to have backfaces so we can tip it over. Currently the underside is entirely see-through, as well as the backside of the wheels.

Could we please get better color control for the ceiling fan? Currently we can’t make it white, or any other bright colors because the default color (when set to RGB 255/255/255) is still a dark brown. The color also only changes the blades and not the rest of the fan.

I’d love an option for the “Wood Toilet” where it replaces the wooden lid and seat texture with one that’s white plastic. The only toilet we currently have that looks similar is the simply named “Toilet,” but the lid doesn’t lift when you sit on it so I try to avoid using it.

Lastly an option to fill the underside of the stairs would be handy so I don’t have to stick a canvas wedge under each one. idk how to word this better so here’s an example of why I wouldn’t want a gap under the stairs:

An idea that I had forever ago and just came back to me recently:
Pillow Weapon!
A “weapon” (could be a toy) that hits someone for 0 damage, but shakes their screen a little, and emits feather particles when striking a player.

I also have an idea that I’ve been surfing on the internet and video gaming:
Kusudama/Waritama or Japanese Confetti Ball!
A “one-time” use for players to pull the rope down to open the ball, drop limited (or unlimited) confetti on the floor, and release a vertical scroll of text you can edit for a celebration in condos, or it could be used for condo I/O like racing to the finish line at the end of the course like in Super Monkey Ball.
Sadly, this confetti ball does not give you food, melee weapons, or explosives 
Japanese Confetti Popper!
A “weapon” (could be used as a toy) that shoots confetti in the air while pulling the white string at the bottom. It shares the same confetti particles as the confetti gun and it could be used for unlimited use.
And last but not least, a Japanese translation for saying “thank you for supporting our game”!
