Is Smooth Autumn's skybox colors supposed to be so dull colored and look different from the others?

Backstory: I’m a HUGE Smooth Autumn enjoyer. It is always my go to map to build on because it’s SMOOTH AUTUMN. The map is/ was just peak. :jack_o_lantern:

Anyways, I was doing a big build, has multiple area’s multiple types of skies, but the issue I keep coming up to is that it seems the skybox is different, with duller colors when compared to other maps. I’ve put 2 bug reports in (I think) but it makes me ask the question if it’s intentionally supposed to be like that or not?

Here are some examples. In these examples I have reset the condo’s back to their original versions:
Smooth Autumn with specific colors WITH fog:

Smooth Autumn with specific colors WITHOUT fog:

Now compared to… lets say Smooth Dirt:
Smooth Dirt with the same settings WITH fog

Smooth Dirt with the same settings WITHOUT fog

Notice how the colors seem more vivid in Smooth Dirt when compared to Smooth Autumn?

I then did another test w/ my “sunset settings” (settings I primarily use for my maps during dazzling sunsets). Here’s what I got:

Smooth Autumn:

Smooth Dirt:

And for good measure, let’s do Resort:

Smooth Dirt and Resort seem to have the desired affect, while Smooth Autumn just… turns into that.

I want to continue my build on Smooth Autumn and continue using Smooth Autumn in general but it the sky box just doesn’t work like the others, leading to alot of limitations for my builds.

So is the skybox supposed to be dull colored or is this an actual bug?

My guess is that the skybox being more muted was intentional to give it that “Autumn-y” mood. However, the effect was likely done in such a way that it had unintentional consequences.
(That said, I can’t be certain. I’m not a dev, I’m just a random dingus.)

That said, I do 100% wish an update to this map’s lighting and skybox does happen. TU is all about player freedom and this does seem pretty limiting.

(Side note, I ironically always had the opposite problem when working with Smooth Dirt. Every time I work on that map, the first thing I do is place a sky volume and adjust it because it’s so bright.)

Can I steal those sunset settings though :>

Player freedom is key, and it’s frustrating when the environment limits our creativity.

Hence why I asked. The problem is that IF it is actually set to be like that, it GREATLY reduces the customization of the map, where as if we were able to customize it w/ the full breadth of colors, we wouldn’t get this issue and could probably remake those autumn-ish skies.
