a separate option for condos to be available on invite only, rather than open to all friends
This is in the game already. If you have a friend join the game then set it to solo while the condo it open it becomes invite only.

that’s… interesting, multiple friends and i have tried this and none of us can join when it’s set to solo, only friends only. may have to report a bug. thanks!
You need to open the condo as a friends only or public condo first, and only set it to solo after they’ve joined.

i think i’d still like a more straight-forward “invite-only” option though. maybe one day.
