All you have to do is suicide then respawn a bunch of times (K + left click). I think only non-host players can do it.
As you can see in the screenshot here, if it’s done enough it tremendously lowers the frames. I usually run at 60.

Host can also do it, but can’t see their own clones. I messed with this bug a lot before they fixed the clones staying where you died. Don’t know why they never fixed the clones at the door though.
