Incorrect?: Question 7046

The question is: “In the Seven Wonders of the World, which wonder is the only that has survived to this day?”

The answers are Stonehenge, The Great Pyramid of Giza, The Colisseum and I think the 4th was The Parthenon. The problem is they’re all still standing, just not in their entirety. One could argue that all of them are the correct answer; it’s just the pyramid hasn’t partially collapsed like the others. But the wording of the question doesn’t reflect this; it implies 3 of them are gone.

Perhaps a change to “Which of the 7 wonders has best stood the tests of time?” would be appropriate. I’ve no idea if we’re supposed to include suggestions for fixes, but just in case.
Thanks.

Stonehenge, The Parthenon, and The Colosseum are not part of the traditional wonders of the world.
Only the Great Pyramid of Giza is.
The original seven wonders of the ancient world are (were):

  • Great Pyramid of Giza
  • Colossus of Rhodes
  • Hanging Gardens of Babylon
  • Lighthouse of Alexandria
  • Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
  • Statue of Zeus at Olympia
  • Temple of Artemis
    Only the Pyramid survives.

This question would work better if it actually included any of the original seven wonders.

Well in that case it’s misleading, because it implies the wrong answers are applicable.

This is my question that got verified. Why are you marked it as incorrect?
