Considering character customization is certainly one of the core parts of Tower Unite, having the option of tattoos with a variety of customization (as in placement, size, shape, color, and opacity) would be a great addition. I cannot expand on Personality’s definition of “to the extent of APB”, but I assume what I have suggested is sufficient.

I believe this has been suggested multiple times. I’m sure, with the vast amount of customization that Pixeltail want’s users to be able to do, this will be a possibility.

There has been no topic going in-depth on what they expect from tattoos, so no, it hasn’t. I could only find a reference to the Tattoo Shop, shown here, or tattoos in general.
