That might be Flux. It tints your screen depending on what time it is, as not to strain your eyes late in the night with your monitor’s bright lights.

if a monitor has a problem, such as a broken pixel/different RGB color settings, it’s entirely native to the monitor everything you screenshot technically looks the same to each person in the sense that the colors are always the same from a software point.

Not really. Depends on what you are doing. Changing what it says on the browser takes me 2 seconds in photoshop, but maybe thats me.
