Just a quick little status update, but our forums are now being delivered over HTTPS courtesy of Let’s Encrypt.

Nothing should appear to be different aside from the green lock icon in your URL bar.

Just a tiny note though, you may occasionally still get mixed content warnings in some threads. This is because not every image posted on our forums is using HTTPS. So just keep that in mind.

If you do notice anything broken or not functioning right, please let us know. Thanks!

Nice, I was actually planning on bumping that old thread and ask about that. Awesome that the site has HTTPS now, thanks!!

Friendly reminder to everyone that hotlinking is a bad habit for multiple reasons and you can perfectly well (re)upload images to the forums themselves. It’s as easy as drag and drop into the post editor and then waiting a moment.
