How do I use GMad and what is the latest version?

I’m trying to get the lobby 2 addons back, but GMad doesn’t seem to work. I’m using version 1.6.

It’s fairly simple; open GmadExtractor.exe, click Open, click Browse in the new window that pops up, select the .gma file you want to extract, click on it in the GMAD window and click select, and then click extract all and choose your destination. I’m also using 1.6, so, that’s not an issue.

I was already doing that. I tried reinstalling it, I installed Lobby 2 (the one listed as ‘Map’). When I started GMod it didn’t show up in my maps.
EDIT: I didn’t do the last bit.
