How do I give other users admin in my condo?

I recall being told about this a while ago by @spongeyperson, however I do not remember where the server file is located.

Much appreciated if someone can share.

Went through the steps, no luck.

Are you sure you can give other users admin permission in your condo? This is the first time I have heard of this.

The guide describes giving players admin rights in a dedicated lobby server. A shared condo functionality doesn’t exist (yet) according to my knowledge.
