Most doorways in hospital except for the ones that connect to the main lobby are blocking bullets from going inside the room and outside the room, it’s like an invisible wall but for bullets.

Yeah, this is happening to me too, not exactly fun when i shoot a virus that’s in another room in front of me and the bullets decide to not go into that room due to voodoo magic.
