How about some new mini golf maps? 
If you play golf actively, the current maps lose their appeal over time. Holidays would be good ideas for new mini golf maps, for example. Christmas, New Year / Chinese New Year, Carnival, Easter, etc.
I think this should go beyond just Minigolf. For example for the winter season, they could add snow or something to a Little Crusaders map.
