Thought i’d use this thread to announce somewhat of a return to Tower Unite!
For some backstory!
Just about 11 years ago on an ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro & Intel Pentium Core Duo, I stumbled upon a server in Garry’s Mod called Gmod Tower!
After watching a couple videos from the Yogscast and Seananners, I was drawn immediately into the charm and social nature of Tower, I was quick to pledge a donation to GMT which was a huge commitment for me at the time and I did not regret it!
During a time of such adversity in my life, the community were extremely warm and welcoming towards me, to say Tower has influenced me greatly is an understatement, Tower saved me from a lot of pain and struggle in my personal life, it kept me sane through some tough times and no amount of thank yous can ever be enough for the work that Pixeltail have put into creating such a unique community through their continued love, support and passion.
I took a break from Tower, went inactive on forums and discord with a handful of posts here and there over the next 7 years. I’m now 24 and wish to make a return like no other! I’ve seen Tower grow from a mod to a standalone game to now what will be a platform for my many creations to come.
If you see me in the plaza or anywhere else, feel free to stop for a chat! I’m always keen to meet new people and see what’s new! It’s great to meet you all again and stay tuned for what’s to come!
