Having a workshop voting system

Some steam games have a workshop voting system like CS:2 for it’s skins, TF2 for it’s cosmetics and so on, a lot of the time people want to make condos but they use workshop items to get the items that TU doesn’t provide, there seems to be moments where people make maps entirely our of workshops making it take so long to load as well as filling peoples cash, if TU had a Workshop voting system where content creators could upload their models to the workshop to be added and whatever gets enough votes for yes will then be added.

for example someone makes a nice house model or a bunch of building parts for that house that fit it’s theme and everything, they then upload it as a vote option to be put in the game instead of a workshop item, if it gets enough votes, then the TU devs take it and make it an item you can buy in game like you do with any other item, that way it gets more content out there for the fans that can be obtained in game, it also takes a load off of workshop heavy maps and makes dropping items like this easier for the TU devs as the community will now be supplying condo items as well, the TU devs can even make it where every month or some event they have a Workshop vote drop where all the highly voted items will be releasing on that event for players to get.

The benefits to this would help with condo’s, people that don’t want to download and use a boat load of workshop items, it gives more content to the base game as well as lets the devs not constantly need to worry about making items for the game and can focus on other things a bit more. This could be even better for both parties if they expand it with more features to be voted in, like cosmetic for your avatar and so on.

Made an image in Photoshop to help paint the picture, (I used erdeminoff Steam workshop item to for the reference)

This of course doesn’t have to be just 1 thing, like with CS2 or TF2 where people can make a bundle of things, people could make a bundle of building parts, like a horror house one that has the walls, floors, roof, stairs, chairs, beds, whatever in it that can have functions like any other object. again it would just help let the fans put content in the game taking a load off of the devs back, the only thing needed would be quality check where the TU team would need someone or some people to check the content first to make sure it’s appropriate, not from another game an is original as well as it functions.
