Hard limit to 60 FPS while hosting? Why?

I’ve noticed that my framerate wasn’t being pushed past 60 while I was in my condo. So, out of curiosity, I checked my graphical settings. Now, to my surprise, I see that it LOCKS you to 60 while you’re hosting. Mildly annoying, but I assume there’s a reason?

There were some networking issues when the host was over 60 FPS so you currently can’t disable this cap.

Well, that sucks. Guess I won’t be using my condo for awhile. I’m too spoiled by my 200hz monitor. 60 fps just looks like ass to me now. Lol
