Maybe from time to time the club will initiate group dances where everyone can join in and dance in sync? Could be like a mini game where you press buttons at the right time. Kind of like how GTA TBoGT did it here in this video:

Yeah this would be excellent.
They could even sync it to the beat by having a low pass filter that the song goes through to capture the beat and have it figure out the BPM based on the sub bass and lower frequencies. Then it could be a rhythm game.
