If you log into Tower Express, it will remove duplicate milestones.

Looks like Tower Express is much better in cleaning your inventory than Tower Unite itself.
I think it might just be because the Express site is structured to be purely for adding and removing items, so it’s probably efficient for the site to fix these errors.
