GMod Tower Trophies are missing in the inventory

I started playing Tower Unite for a little over a week and I noticed that in the game inventory I don’t have the trophies that other players have, despite having played gmod tower for many months in the past. How can this be solved?

Make sure you have transferred your GMod Tower GMC to Tower Unite via http://www.gmtower.org/

Once you have done so, login to https://express.towerunite.com and you should have your items granted.
