As of the new update, the infected are now equipped with pants, but no shirt, which is kind of mismatched. I feel like it would be a bit better looking if the infected also had the slashed-up remnants of a shirt to match the pants but also maintain the aesthetics of the model (still showing off the giant chest hole, etc.).
Shirts are planned to be upgrades.
