I thinks this would be beneficial as it may help people who are tackling massive condo builds and Give friends more interaction with the owners condo.
Community Condos are a planned feature which allows multiple people to edit condos together.

Do you know if you if you have to buy these community condos anew or will they be added to the current condos?
I don’t think they have said any information like that yet.
Community Condos aren’t a new condo, just some additional feature to allow other players (in a community) to build together. They’ll apply to any condo, be it player-hosted or hosted on a dedicated server.
