This is a Gmod Tower bug found in the Condos, on the roof of the condo area pictured here: http://prntscr.com/9neu8d
If players use a jetpack to fly up in that area on the roof they are taken out of the map.

I used to do this little trick before but i really think dev’s already know this.
And if i remember well, you can have a easter egg when you go to stairs but i don’t remember well! 
Yeah you can access the other side of the broken escalators and there’s graffiti on the wall.
Though, it’s not meant to be viewed from the bug side lol.
