Game thinks im offline on steam

i tryed to play some towers today and i get greeted with the message saying “you started steam offline there for you cant play this game, go online or check your internet” problem is i am online and can do everything and play other games that requiers steam to be online

this is what i get everytime i start the game

Try making sure you aren’t running any other steam games in the background.

i did and it still dident work, but i tryed to restart my whole pc and now the game works
