Game no longer quits, after I quit to desktop

Quit to desktop, and TU thinks its still running.
Only other programs I have running (as of this post) are Steam, AURA, HWMonitor, and Opera GX.

I’ve only encountered this issue since I tried to “Verify game files” through steam, so I’m going to uninstall, and reinstall really quick and post updates to that.

For now, open task manager, find Tower.exe or something like that, and end the task.

That’s the thing, only workaround I’ve found is to entirely exit steam and restart it, as Tower.exe is not in task manager.
