Game freezes on special use

Hello. I’m having random half-second delays when using specials, especially for the first time during a new day. Here’s my current graphics performance and environment settings:

Texture Quality - Low
View Distance - Near
Shadow Quality - Low
Effects Quality - Low
Post Processing Quality - Low
Anti-Aliasing Method - None
Foliage & Detail - Low
Ocean Quality - Low
High Quality Shaders - On

Weather Particles - Off
Weather Scenery - Off
Day/Night Mode - Animated

Here are my computer specs:

CPU - Intel i7-7700K @ 4.20 GHz
GPU - nVidia GeForce GTX 1060, 6 GB VRAM
RAM - 32 GB DDR4

The game is running on a HDD, while my OS on a SSD.

I highly doubt it’s your graphics card, considering how low you have the graphics for a 1060.

It’s most likely where the game is stored. If you have any spare space on it, I would recommend making an exception and moving TU to your SSD. The game loads and performs a lot better than on a hard drive.
