My friend meets all system requirement but when they launch the game they can’t leave the main menu, it says build 0 in the top corner, instead of their name it says player.

Can you confirm that the game isn’t running in the background before launching the game?
Build 0 is an indicator that you have two instances of Tower Unite running. Check your task manager.

I had them check the task manager, it wasn’t running under processes.
if that happens i close steam with task manager
