The fox plushy was one of my favorite items in gmod tower (I love foxes) but I see that they aren’t colourable… Will this change? I want to make a red fox! (An orange fox, the type of fox is called red fox)

According to the item spreadsheet, the fox plushy is planned to be colorable at some point.
