Why not add swimming fish in the plaza & oceans?

This might be a thing when the ocean expansion comes along, which will not be a thing many months. It’s probably been considered before. Don’t expect to see it anytime soon though.

This would be a neat thing to add in to the Plaza to give it more life. I would enjoy seeing this before long, just to give more reason to be in the Plaza until the ocean expansion.
