Fish bowl with cat sack inside

So recently i saw a really cool combo of items in minigolf that i really liked on someone’s ball which was the fishbowl but it had a cat sack inside and i generally just need help to figure out how to get that ball, i understand you can get the bowl from the game port cat but how do you get the cat sack in the fishbowl, PLZ HELP

Is it possible it was the Ball Race Ball golf ball with the Fishbowl Hat?

Or was it for sure the actual fishbowl ball?

OMG, it was the ball race ball golf ball i guess after all it wasn’t the fish bowl, the two top images is what i saw. How did you get it?

The Fishbowl hat can be unlocked by fishing in the plaza, at 500k EXP.

The Ball Race Ball can be bought from the minigolf vendor in the gameworld ports, after earning its related achivement
