Currently, Steams “top” maps in a category just kinda get vomited out after the stock game maps.
Since it’s planned that maps will need to be approved in able to be eligible for unit earning anyway, it would be nice to have rotating “featured” maps that will be displayed instead of just always being the top maps. The top maps will pretty much never change, because more people will always play them due to them always being the easiest to access, so a system like this would encourage players to play more workshop maps.
