Have the 30-40 Second countdown timer extended to 1 or 2 minutes in “Vote for Next Map” (Game World Ports & In-Maps) and “Customized Your Kart” (Accelerate) Menus. For the Vote Next Map Menu, the timer will stopped then goes to the next map immediately when after all players have voted. the reason for this suggestion is because of the workshop selection won’t load until after around 25 seconds for players who have low internet speed, including me. 
I think a good option would be to have that timer be customizable per the host with some upper limit like 1-2 minutes, and minimum being like 30 seconds which is what it is now. I dunno, I just feel like that could be a better, more universal solution - On the server browser, you could have tag with something like a stopwatch icon and a number next to it that is always automatically applied when starting a server, and people who don’t want to wait with fast internet or good PCs/laptops could join servers with short wait time, while those that have weak internet or machines could join servers. This would share space with where gameplay mutators are typically located. I feel like that could work well instead? How about it? Just an idea:
