Beer, wine and so on disappears when you exit your condo expet for the soda cans.
They all stick for me. Are you sure people aren’t drinking them?
No idea if people are able to join when you D/C your condo or leave the game. I have my condo mostly on single player.
One of my friends also said he had this issue, and he is 100% sure no one drank it.
Hmm I will try it out and see if I get the same issue. If I could get some kind of video, might be able to recreate the situation

Those items are marked as consumed when you spawn them, they’re not supposed to save.
Sorry it might not be super clear from the tag.
