Don't let us use already used decorations in a new condo

(sorry if i don’t make sense, English is my 2nd language)
So when i bought a new condo, I felt overwhelmed with all the already bought items i have on my other already decorated condo and struggled to add stuff inside it. I think that letting us start fresh when buying a condo and have to grind for furniture is much better than giving us all the items from our other condos, Basically like how NPCs work.
